The Nashik Road Property Expo 2024, organised by daily Deshdoot and sponsored by Deepak Builders and Developers, which includes housing projects that combine the four principles of good quality, convenient location, ample amenities and affordable cost, was inaugurated in the presence of dignitaries. MP Hemant Godse inaugurated the expo. While the traditional lamp was lit in the presence of nominated member of Deolali Cantonment Board Pritam Adhav, Nashik Road Deolali Vyapari Bank chairman Dutta Gaikwad, former corporator R D Dhongde, Maratha Seva Sangh regional vice president K D Patil, renowned developer Jayesh Thakkarand HDFC bank’s Parag Rokde.
The property expo received an overhwhelming responseof people on Friday and Saturday.
In the beginning, Amol Ghavre, general manager (advertising), daily Deshdoot welcomed the chief guests. While making an introductory speech, editor of daily Deshdoot and Deshdoot Times Dr. Vaishali Balajiwale explained the role of daily Deshdoot for organising the property expo. She stated that people’s representatives, people from every walk of the society and developers have valuable contribution in all round development of Nashik Road area. Due to development works here, the skyline of Nashik Road area has been changed.
The expo has been organised on the reserved plot for proposed auditorium, Jail Road, Bytco Point, Nashik Road. Today (Jan 28) is the last day of the expo. The entry is free for all between 2 pm to 9 pm. A total of 26 stalls of renowned developers in Nashik Road area have been set up. Information about homes, shops and housing projects is available under a single roof here.
Those prominent personalities who were present on the occasion lauded Deshdoot Group for creating a bridge of trust between common citizens and developers. Renowned developer in Nashik Deepak Builders and Developers has sponsored the expo, while HDFC bank is co-sponsor. Papayas Nursery is partner. Organisers have appealed to the citizens to visit the expo to fulfil their home dreams. On the occasion, Milind Vaidya, manager (advertising), Parag Puranik, manager (circulation) and reporter Digambar Shahane were also present.
