Over the next 3 years, one crore farmers will get assistance to adopt natural farming. 10,000 bio input resource centres will be set up. PAN will be used as common identifier for businesses across govt agencies to enhance ease of doing business. We need to see the alternative for non-resident businesses as they would not have PAN.
