Deshdoot Times spoke to residents to know their response on the NMC’s bus service, and they have praises for the Corporation.

“I am happy to know that they have come up with this unique initiative. As Nashik is the 16th fastest growing city in the world, it surely needs to set the bar high. Other cities will learn from us. As far as the electric buses are concerned, I am happy about how the city is practising sustainable development. NMC will generate greater revenue and thus, will develop the city further.” – Rakshak Badgujar, Jail Road

“It’s a great initiative. As far as I remember, the services were supposed to start in 2020 but got postponed due to the pandemic. Even the corporation is not at fault as they were busy handling the pandemic. I just hope things get back to normal real soon.” – Navtej Singh, New Nashik

“I saw their trial run on Monday, and I must say, I am impressed by their work. I read about it online and got to know the service is covering almost the whole of Nashik. It as almost 200 stops and students will benefit the most once things get back to normal.” – Minal Vagare, Banachal
