Permanent funds for Sant Nivruttinath Yatrotsav

Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has announced that the Sant Nivruttinath Samadhi Sansthan will be provided with permanent funds for the convenience of the devotees who come for the Paushwari Yatra festival of Sant Nivruttinath Maharaj.
A review meeting for the Paushwari Yatra Festival of Sant Nivruttinath Maharaj was held at Varsha bungalow. Guardian Minister Dada Bhuse, MP Hemant Godse, MLAs Hiraman Khoskar, Suhas Kande, Principal Secretary of Urban Development Department Govindaraj, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Ashima Mittal, Superintendent of Police Nashik Rural Vikram Deshmane, In-charge Collector of Nashik Babasaheb Pardhe, President of Sant Nivruttinath Samadhi Sansthan Nilesh Gadhve had joined this important meeting virtually.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Shinde said that lakhs of pilgrims come from all over the state for the Paushwari Yatra Festival of Sant Nivruttinath Maharaj. The Paushwari ceremony is celebrated in the same grand manner as Ashadhi and Kartiki Wari.
“We will ensure that there will not be a dearth of funds for organising ceremonies in Trimbakeshwar. While planning this event, the administration should look at this event as a colourful rehearsal for the Simhastha Kumbh Mela to be held in Nashik in 2027,” Shinde said adding that measures should be taken to ensure that pilgrims should not face any inconvenience.
He also gave instructions that plans should be made to waive tolls by providing stickers to the vehicles of the Warkaris. He expressed the belief that the Paushwari Yatrotsav of Saint Nivrittinath Maharaj will be successful with the coordination and cooperation of all.
On this occasion, Guardian Minister Bhuse and the District Collector shared information about the preparations for the festival.

The path of devotion to be toll free
All Warkaris travelling for Yatra festival of Sant Nivruttinath Maharaj will be required to obtain stickers for their vehicles from the local transport department that will make them eligible for the toll waivers.

14 more Citilinc buses
At present, a total of 180 bus trips are run by Citilinc on Nashik Road to Trimbakeshwar and Nimani to Trimbakeshwar route through 28 buses daily. But considering the rush of devotees during the Yatra, Citilinc has planned 14 additional buses, 3 for Tapovan Depot and 11 for Nashik Road Depot and a total of 90 additional bus trips will be conducted by these 14 buses.
