Nirbhaya Case : SC to hear on Feb 11 Centre’s plea on separate hanging of convicts

NEW DELHI :

The Supreme Court on Friday deferred till February 11 hearing of Centre’s plea challenging Delhi High Court verdict which declined separate execution of Nirbhaya gangrape and murder convicts.

Justices R Bhanumathi, Ashok Bhushan and A S Bopanna deferred the Centre’s Special Leave petition till February 11.
