19 district students stranded in Tamil Nadu return home

NASHIK :

As many as 32 students from Maharashtra studying poultry management at Tirupur and Udmalpeth in Tamil Nadu have returned home safely following efforts of the district guardian minister Chhagan Bhujbal.

The stranded students were included 19 students from Nashik district. District collector Suraj Mandhare had given necessary permissions to these stranded students to return to Maharashtra after guardian minister Bhujbal instructed district authorities to bring back the students.

After that these students were brought to Maharashtra yesterday by private bus service. From there they were safely transported to their homes.

Minister of state for food and civil supplies Chhagan Bhujbal, cabinet minister Eknath Shinde, Chhatrapati MP Udayan Raje Bhosale and Dr Nitin Kulkarni from Pune have all rendered invaluable support to help return these 32 students who were stranded in Tamil Nadu due to the lockdown.
