Six SRPF jawans tested COVID-19 positive here upon their return from Mumbai, confirmed official sources on Wednesday.

These jawans were part of the two units, comprising 194 personnel, who were deployed in Mumbai. In a preventive measure, all of them were kept under quarantine as they came back to this district four days ago.
A total of 101 reports were received today, among which, these six jawans were found to be infected from the contagion while the rest have tested negative, sources added.
