NASHIK: Even though students preparing for competitive exams are worried due to paper leak incidences, the Maharashtra Public Service Commission, which is confident of the examinees, has yesterday published notification for 900 posts for Group C. This is the first time since the pandemic that such a large recruitment is being taken place.
The State Public Service Commission, which conducts competitive examinations for the recruitment of officers and employees in the State Government, has published advertisements for 900 posts for the Maharashtra Group C combined prelims exam 2021.
The vacancies announced by MPSC on the official website for ‘Maharashtra Group C Service Combined Prelims Examination 2021’ include various posts in Industry, Energy and Labor Department, Home Department, Finance Department, and General Administration Department.
For the first time, the Commission has included the posts of Industry Inspector and Technical Assistant. It will also be the first typing test for the posts of Clerk and Tax Assistant. The advertisement mainly includes 103 posts of Industry Inspector, 114 posts of Excise Deputy Inspector, 14 posts of Technical Assistant, Directorate of Insurance, 117 posts of Tax Assistant, Finance, 473 posts for Clerical Typist Marathi, 79 posts for Clerical Typist English.
The MPSC Group C preliminary exam 2021 will be held on April 3, 2022. Candidates who clear the preliminary exam will be eligible for the Group C Main exam to be held in August and September 2022.
